Masterfolio v3.0/2019
Everything is ready for the previously announced upgrade to RapidWeaver 8, of which you can follow the progress on the Masterfolio page of the present website (1).
Following improvements will be made:
Insertion of a "Cookies" page (2) under the stopover index, together with a legal GDPR-oriented footer note redirecting to the said Cookies addendum from all other webpages of the same website.
Replacement of all replaceable webpages of RapidWeaver's starter version with extensible and lockable Stacks-v3-enabled pages (3). This upgrade, of which the Blog and Sitemap page types are excluded, concerns primarily the File Sharing page type-enabled "End Credits" section.
When possible in terms of available alternatives, replacement of all obsolete (i.e. no longer sold) third-party components (theme templates and extensions), even if the latter are still being updated.
Considering that the optimization of this upgrade is largely pre-determined by the underlying website theme template, I intend to unfold this remastering agenda one graphic bundle at a time, in the initial order of development, i.e. by groups of websites sharing the same theme template.
